PARK LEISURE SOLUTIONS HOT TUB/SPA WARRANTIES

The guarantee covers only the first consumer, i.e. the first owner of the Hot Tub to whom the hot tub was invoiced and delivered. The guarantee period starts with the first day of the takeover for use and ends with the expiration of the time limit during which the owner can assert his rights related to quality guarantee claims. Or before the expiration of this time limit in case of delegating the owner rights to another person.

  1. Two-year hot tub electrical components parts guarantee
    The guarantee covers the material defects and the quality processing of the motors, circulation pumps, Balboa PC Board, electrical elements and Balboa topside control.
  2. Ten-year warranty on the manufacturers Hot Tub shell structure
    The user is provided with a ten-year warranty, against defects from manufacture and water loss.
  3. Ten-year warranty on the manufacturers Hot Tub construction
    The user is provided with a ten-year warranty on the properties of the supporting frame construction, that it does not collapse due to material defect.
  4. Two-year Hot Tub cabinet guarantee
    The producer guarantees that the cabinet will remain without any defects for a lasting period of two years. The guarantee explicitly covers the shrinking, cracking and peeling of the cabinet. The fading and other exterior wear down of the cabinet occurs naturally and therefore are not considered an acknowledgeable defect.
  5. Two-year Plumbing guarantee
    The guarantee covers water leakage in the inner water piping and jets set-up caused by a material defect. The producer does not bear responsibility for the property damaged by the water leak.
  6. Conditions and Limitations of Warranty
  7. Reduces the impact of unforeseen operating issues or breakdowns on Hot Tubs normally out of warranty

The warranty is VOID if:

a) The Hot Tub has been subject to misuse, alteration, improper installation, improper use of chemicals, improper maintenance, acts of God, or any repairs have been attempted by anyone other than Park Leisure Solutions (PLS) or authorised by PLS.

Abuse and misuse will include:

  1. Leaving the Hot Tub uncovered or power on when empty.
  2. Improper handling of the Hot Tub during transport, set up and installation.
  3. Operation of the Hot Tub at a water temperature outside the range of 2 degrees to 40 degrees.
  4. Improper use of chemicals, unbalanced water such as PH, Calcium Hardness, Total Alkalinity and Sanitiser.
  5. Voltage and surges of electrics.
  6. Rodents or other animals
  7. Unapproved sanitisers such as Calcium Hypochlorite, Sodium Hypochlorite, “tri-chlor” type chlorines that may remain undissolved on the spa surface.
  8. Freeze damage, where the spa has not been winterised correctly.
  9. Invoices have not been paid in full for the product.

Park Leisure Solutions (PLS) Infinity Extended Warranty Program (IEWP) is a strategic initiative designed to complement our existing range of Hot Tubs currently in operation across UK Parks. Extending its benefits to all new Hot Tubs installed from January 2024. IEWP empowers Park Operators with a systematic approach to managing maintenance costs across their Hot Tub fleet, ensuring uninterrupted peak performance of their Hot Tub operation. After the initial two-year standard warranty period offered on all PLS Hot Tubs. IEWP steps in to provide comprehensive warranty coverage after the standard term. Demonstrating our confidence in our products and our commitment to support Park Operators where other manufacturers may fall short. PLS collaborates closely with each Park, tailoring the IEWP to their unique requirements, guaranteeing timely and cost-effective solutions.
